Born in Cannes, Georges Damonte was in contact with the sea and its environment from a very early age.

 

It is in 1985, after completing his army, that he embarked as a sailor on a splendid ESTEREL 26m moored at Port Canto. He leaves for 6 months on board with his owner, thus fulfilling his wish to experience life on board a yacht. Because his ambition is to sell motoryachts. He will sell this ESTEREL 10 years later. At the end of his contract, he is employed by La RIO SARNICO with whom he will stay 9 years, he makes his first proofs by participating in the Cannes, Genoa, Paris boat show.

 

He continues his career during 10 years at the port of La Napoule, he becomes a specialist of English Princess and Fairline second-hand motorboats. He stands out thanks to his personal commitment and his knowledge of the market but above all because he sells many boats. It's the big time, the average is 15 boats a year...

 

In 2003 he came into contact with a living legend of Formula One, to whom he sold a new Ferretti, and who is still a loyal customer today. This led him to collaborate with the shipyard for 5 years as a reseller of the brand.

 

Other collaborations will follow such as Peri Yachts and Sanlorenzo.

 

Thanks to his 35 years of experience and the continuity of his activity, Georges can have access to all the shipyards that know his seriousness and reliability.
